Cabbage DelightCabbage Delight   

  • Tofu (cut into 1" x 1")
  • 2-3 Tomatoes, or desired amount of a 12 oz. can
  • Handful of purple cabbage, cut into small pieces
  • Green beans, about 8 pods cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 teaspoon Black mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Curry
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • Sea salt
  • Pinch of Turmeric
  • Fresh jalapeno (optional)

DescriptionDescription  Stir-fried cabbage and green beans with tofu. Nice and wholesome dinner (or lunch)!
InstructionsInstructions  Preheat pan, add your preferred oil When oil is sizzling, add black mustard seeds and cumin seeds. When smell is coming and mustard seeds are popping, Add tofu (1" x 1") and fry until a little hard on the outside. Add tomatoes, purple cabbage, and green beans. Fry together until food is at a desirable softness. Recommended times: Fry tofu 10 minutes. Fry vegetables 10 minutes, turn off heat. Put lid on pan and let sit for at least 10 minutes.
NotesNotes  Spice and vegetable amounts can vary considerably depending on taste and what is available. For example, if your kitchen has kale, tomatoes, and carrots, obviously those can be used instead. Slice carrots very thin.
