DescriptionDescription  Spicy, fried potatoes with cashew nuts.
InstructionsInstructions  Boil/steam potatoes until just tender. Blend chili, nuts and poppy seeds until finely chopped. Heat olive oil in heavy pan, add potatoes and blended ingredients, mix well. Cook thoroughly, turning potatoes occasionally, about 20 minutes or until potatoes are well coated and crispy.
