  • 8 new potatoes
  • 8 ounces broccol
  • 1 1/2 cup green beans, trimmed
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup sprouted beans (assorted)
  • sprigs of watercress to garnish

DescriptionDescription  A warm salad of potatoes and steamed vegetables.
InstructionsInstructions  Cook potatoes until tender (10-15 minutes). Drain and halve or thickly slice depending on their size. Trim broccoli stems and cut into florets. Cut carrots in long diagonal slices. Steam broccoli with green bean for 4-5 minutes and carrots for the last 2 minutes. Arrange on a serving platter. Garnish with watercress.
