Free download of music for relaxation and meditation

In these years many people have asked me to make a cd with some of the music that I use in my yoga classes and with a recording of some of the instructions for the relaxation that I usually give in the end of the sessions.
Unfortunately I never found the time to really accomplish this project, but this year I decided to make available on mp3 at least 4 songs for relaxation and a recording of my voice giving instructions for the visualization/relaxation.
So, I hope this can be something useful for all those people that would like to practice yoga also at home, especially in this period of Christmas holidays.

Consider this mp3's a sort of little "Yogic" Christmas present ;-)

You don't have to pay a specific price to download them, but I would like to ask you to consider to give a free donation to one of the humanitarian organization that are linked down here.

The first two organizations linked are somehow "yoga-oriented", they have been created by people involved with yoga, and they are promoting the ancient yogic motto "Self realization and Service to the humanity" (there is not one without the other, the ancient yogiis used to say). So this humanitarian organizations are made by yogiis volunteers promoting projects for the welfare of human beings in different parts of the world.

The third link on the list belongs to a Norwegian organization which promotes the rights of animals, so if you feel perhaps more sensitive to this types of initiatives in favor of animals, please consider to give a donation to this organization.

So, the music that I recorded for you has not a specific price, you can download it also for free, but, if you like, consider to give a free donation to one of these 3 organizations (you can choose any amount of money you like, I'm sure that even a "symbolic" amount can be meaningful and appreciated).
