A series of tecnical and practical sessions where you will learn a lot of usefull ways to improve your Yoga practice and discover your body potentiality.

During Anukalana Yoga sessions we will work toghether on this topics:

- how to open the energy  pathways  in the body during the practice of asana
- how to direct the energy in the areas of the body as needed
- how to flow from an asana to the next using energy instead of muscolar work
- how to open your joints and body areas using energy for a safer and long lasting result
- how to cultivate energy for a daily use with a yogic approach

During AcroYoga sessions we will utilize the energy work to have a more deep experience of this fun partner yogic work:

- how to use energy to lift your partner instead of muscolar effort

- how to create a connected energy flow during acroyoga transitions and poses
